This
procedure is Scarless and Painless and was invented by Dr. Tinsley
to remove the moles that commonly run in Black families. It is a
minor office procedure that literally treats hundreds of moles in
just minutes. It is only available in the offices of Dr. Tinsley in
Chicago.
Unlike the moles that occur in whites, these moles have absolutely
no potential to become cancer and do not require a biopsy. This
condition is wrongly termed Dermatitis Papulosa Nigrans. It is not a
dermatitis. Dr. Tinsley has coined the term Benign Pigmented
Hereditary Nevi to describe the moles specifically that run in Black
families.

It
was featured on Fox News Medical miracles. Hundreds of people
have been treated and everyone is very happy.Call today to schedule an
orientation and pick up the two prescriptions for the creams
necessary to get this great result. This revolutionary procedure
takes just minutes, there are no pills no injections, no lasers, no
freezing, no scraping, no bleeding, no pain and no time off of work.

The
cost is $450 for the face, $550 for the face and neck regardless
of the number of moles. Other body segments such as the chest,
breast, back and abdomen can be done as well. No one has to live
with moles any more!
The
most common cause of Adult Acne in Black women is
Constipation! The problem begins in puberty. When a
Black woman’s body switches from childhood to adulthood her DNA
is expecting an African diet. Her genetics was not changed by
that long boat ride to America. This constipation is a mild form
of rejection of the American diet. The rate of constipation in
Black women is much higher than white women or Black men. You
should have a bowel movement with every meal. Adult Acne in
Whites and Black men is much less common, but any adult with
acne should be questioned about his/her water intake, colon
habits, skin care products,
shaving products and shaving
technique.

A congested colon accumulates toxins and these toxins will manifest
themselves in subtle ways. If you are tired all the time check the
colon. If you sleep 8 hours and don’t feel rested, check the colon.
If you have a sluggish metabolism and honest trouble losing weight
check the colon. If you have a low sex drive, check the colon. If
you are over 30 and get pimples check the colon especially if you
did not have teen acne.
The underlying cause of the dreaded blemish is inflammation. The
condition is known as Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation or PIHP
pronounced “pip” in my office. Black skin is very sensitive to
dehydration and very sensitive to inflammation. Therefore Black skin
has a much higher incidence of blemishes and dark spots. The best
example of PIHP is the darkness around your knees and elbows.
Everybody Black has a dark spot around their knees where they had a
minor childhood injury, which healed and more than 20 years later
the dark spot is still there. What I know about Black skin is that ;
if the wound heals, the inflammation resolves and the color comes
back at the same time Black Skin will heal with a dark spot. It
doesn’t matter what causes the inflammation the issue is how the
skin responds to the inflammation.
Facial inflammation is caused most commonly by pimples. Dark circles
around the eyes may be caused by underlying inflammation in the
sinuses. Minor Inflammation can be aggravated by makeup. Healthy
skin will respond better to any challenge and will be less likely to
blemish.
Internal
1.You must be well hydrated. I recommend 64 ounces of water a day
for adults, especially African Americans.
2. The colon is the source of internal inflammation. The condition
of the colon is related to the condition of the skin. You should
have a bowel movement with every meal. 85% of African American women
have 7 or less bowel movements per week. This condition generally
begins in puberty. I recommend a 30day colon cleanse. Colonics clean
the colon which is great but they do not strengthen the colon. Colon
cleansing drinks over 30 days will cleanse and strengthen the colon
so it can take care of it self.
External
1. Use products that control oil while hydrating the skin. Do not
wash the face with soap. Soap is an alkaline detergent by definition
and pulls the water out of the skin. Do not use rubbing alcohol or
witch hazel on the facial skin. Alcohol also dehydrates the skin and
witch hazel is 80% alcohol.
2. Use products that contain natural anti-inflammatories, avoid
makeup when the skin is inflamed and do not burst pimples. Use a
facial wash or cleanser. You can purchase Flawless by Dr. Tinsley
Cleansing Soufflé here through Amazon.com which accomplishes all of
the above. The patient pictured enrolled in the full Flawless
program detailed in the Black Skin Manual which can also be
